This original 100x100cm canvas is part of the ‘Frozen In Time’ Collection.
A series of abstract fluid paintings created during a time where Sarah felt frozen – after her second miscarriage and before her final & flourishing pregnancy.
‘I Will Remember You’ was the last in the collection to be painted. Happy to close the door of a tough era, Sarah wanted her baby to know she will ALWAYS remember every single part of the pregnancy & loss. Nothing will be forgotten, nor looked upon as sad – this needs to be a celebration of the short time they shared bodies. Sarah says…. “Remember….that there is this thing that happens during every single pregnancy even if it only lasts a few days! It is called fetal-maternal microchimerism. It is a process in which the cells of your baby or embryo are transferred to YOUR maternal blood and tissues during and for years and years after pregnancy. This means Mama, that your baby is still with you every day.

All pieces from this series are limited edition original mixed media acrylic paintings on premium canvas.
Each piece has been hand painted by Sarah using a mixture of acrylic, resin paints and mixed media to create shine & texture.
Please note that, each piece is an authentic piece of original artwork. There is only 1 edition of this piece of art. Once 1/1 of each piece has sold these pieces will not be remade; I can try to recreate in custom orders.
